6 KETO Brunches: Granolas, Ketoloaf Muffins, NUT FREE Butter Breads or Cakes,  (All great with organic eggs or any spread or proteins or fats that you love! Great for french toast or making into croutons by oven baking low temp.)

12 KETO Dessert-Meals: Ketoloaf Brownies, Ketogenic Fat Bomb Cookies (Vegan too!) & Keto Bars (Vegan Organic Raw), Cream Pie Tartlett Fat Bombs (Vegan Organic Raw!), NUT FREE Organic Keto Butter Cakes, Organic Keto Devils (Amazing with your own home made sugar free whipped cream) and whatever other surprise we might have cooked up the week we send your order out! 

YOU MAKE YOUR OWN PROTEINs & Salads/Veggies for Dinner - These items help you get through your day and eliminate any cravings for your prior way of eating. OR Simply substitute any of our Dessert-Meals for the standard protein/veggie dinner.

Each Dessert can be eaten as a whole meal replacement or in addition to a meal or as a HEALTHY snack since every ingredient is a wholesome complete whole food item! Our Desserts are full KETO MEALS. Our Butter Breads are full KETO MEALS all by themselves or toasted with a spread or sandwich protein etc...  You do NOT need a lot of our food to get filled up! Every item is designed to fill you up and help with suppressing your appetite.


My coffees in the morning I add a pinch of himalyan salt (my salty paks) to be safe on electrolytes, and I add a scoop of Collagen.

Early afternoon I might have one of any of the following: A Keto Brownie, A slice of Keto Butter Cake or Butter Bread, maybe a packet of nut butter, or one of my Keto Bar Chocolates (organic, vegan raw, low carb!)  Keeps my blood  sugar even all day and gives me enough high fat and enough calories to be energetic and focused / even tempered all day.

Dinner - late afternoon or early evening - A protein (either fish, foul or meat) and 1 or 2 veggie packets OR one of my vegan soups combined with a KetoLoaf (nut based) Muffin. [Vegetarian and Vegan Keto options are available] Automation on website coming soon, but for now, please call or write!  OR I simply have one of my Peanut Butter (my fav) KETO BARS for dinner and call it a day.

Optional Desserts - maybe a few of my keto vegan organic cookies or a cream pie tartlet (also organic raw and high fat low carb fat bomb vegan).

A vegetarian dinner might have been one of my soups with one of my ketoloaf (nut based) muffins.  I'm working on a vegan muffin and vegan bread... let me know if you want to be a beta tester! (for free of course!)

The Above day averages between 12-18 Net Carbs with high fiber and high fat in alignment with a therapeutic level Ketogenic Diet.
