Can you build muscle on no carbohydrates? Are they needed to build muscle? How best to use the keto diet for bodybuilding? Does ketosis have any advantages to the bodybuilder? I get Dave Palumbo of RXMuscle opinion on how I might apply the keto no carb diet for myself as I consider what diet's I will experiment with next for maximum fat loss, muscle building, and what fits into my traveling lifestyle.
Generally a moderate carb diet or carb backloading is my favorite but I do like going keto no carbohydrate diet sometimes.
